The use of any product, inclusive of intimate items, purchased from this website is at the purchaser and user’s own personal risk. The purchaser or user indemnifies and holds the provider risk-free against any injury, damage, loss, or compromised health, which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the website.
The use of private information on the e-commerce platform (i.e. user’s personal information, credit / debit card details, place of address, and contact details), which are required for executing orders, will be kept in the strictest confidence by the provider and under no circumstances will be sold, or divulged to third parties. This excludes the use of the user’s delivery address and contact details, which will be issued to the Courier service provider, in order to fulfil delivery.
The provider undertakes that all necessary and reasonable safety measures have been implemented in order to secure the credit / debit card processing by the provider in order to receive payment for goods sold. The provider is nullified in the event that security breaches occurring on the user’s electronic device, which may occur due to inadequate virus protection or spyware that may unintentionally be activated on the user’s electronic device.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the intimate nature of the products we offer, items purchased are non-refundable unless it’s faulty or damaged during shipping. Most of our toys come with 1 year manufacturers warranty to make sure they are in good working condition for you!
My toy is broken. Can I get a replacement?
We will happily replace any defective toy within one month of purchase, in it’s original packaging and with a receipt. Please give us a call or email us to let us know as soon as your toy gives any problems, and we will get it sorted for you asap!
Logging a faulty toy for replacement
Send us an email giving us a small detailed message of the product’s fault, along with the order number (from which the product was purchased under) as a reference. We will then reply to you as soon as possible with our suggested return procedure.
I changed my mind. Can I return these goodies?
If your parcel is still on the way to you, or it has just arrived but you haven’t opened any of the goodies yet, you can return it for a credit voucher or refund. We will charge a 15% handling fee at our discretion. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been removed from their packaging unless they are damaged or faulty.
This lingerie is too big/ too small. Can I return it?

We advise that you are extra-careful when ordering lingerie, and make use of our sizing guide and our helpline to avoid disappointment. This is for your protection, and here’s why: Many of our sex toys, adult products and lingerie are shipped in the usual high quality, professional packaging. However, it is often impossible to tell if it has been opened, used or tampered with. We will therefore not risk our health and safety standards by accepting returned goods – regardless of whether or not a claim states that the product has not been used. (For example – if we then trusted such a false claim, in all fairness, we could then put the “unused” product back on our shelves to be re-sold) This, we decided, is NOT acceptable business practice!

• A refund will be issued as a shop credit in the form of an electronic shopping voucher.
